In terms of the idea the vision of United Arab Emirates towards reading for the year 2016 and the saying of His Highness Shaikh Muhammad bin Rashid (I said to my nation…..for you I write…….he said to me………read for me….) the idea of the little reader initiative derived in the Public Prosecution Department from its corporate values , which states innovation and excellence, were as a formation of basis was done from the recycle of discarded and unused stuff and this initiative aims to achieve institutional values of Public Prosecution Department. And to contribute in the development of the child’s mental skills and exploitation of children’s time in something useful.
