HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi , Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah Chairman of the Judicial Council, including his wise leadership led by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan , may Allah protect him , and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister Ruler of Dubai, may Allah protect him and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme commander of the Armed forces , Praised the support of the judiciary and its employees and to provide all the necessary supplies to them in order to achieve best practices in achieving justice.This came during His Highness view of the functioning of the RAK Courts, where he was received by Chancellor Ahmed Mohammed Al Khatri Head of the Department, and Chancellor Hassan Mhaimed Attorney General of Ras Al Khaimah and Chancellor Ibrahim Al Mannai President of the Court of Appeal and Chancellor Hassan Buroughah President of the Court of First Instance and Chancellor Rashid Al Malik Chief of General Prosecution and a number of members of the judiciary.He also asserted the keenness of HH Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, to develop the performance of the courts and to ensure carrying the Faithfulness and accounting of conscience and implement the justice according to the laws and that is because UAE is one of safest and tolerance in preserving the rights of individuals and that is because of development and effectiveness of laws and courts.And His Highness met with the members of the judiciary in Courts Department, and praised the role of the judges and their responsibilities in achieving justice and preserving the rights of litigants, confirming his keenness on the rule of law and to promote the principles of right and law in order to achieve justice.HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, considered the suggestions forwarded from the members of the judiciary to develop the workflow and listened to the recommendation of the committee formed in the Courts Department, and His Highness discussed with the chairman of the committee regarding the reports issued by each committee and His Highness directed to implement this recommendation immediately. His Highness urged members of the judiciary to do everything they can to improve the judicial work and in order achieve justice and use of the latest tools to complete transactions.Chancellor Ahmed Mohammed Al Khatri thanked the Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah for his visit and support and follow-up of the work of the judiciary and the keenness of HH on the advancement of judiciary in the emirate and achieve full independence to the judiciary to allow for workers in the judiciary to complete their duties in consolidating the principles of justice.
