one of the strategic objectives of the department towards the development of human resources is to support the application of innovation of the methodology in its services and operations ,and its the first time in ras al khaimah with the co operation of American university of ras al khaimah the public prosecution has launched “diploma of innovation and creativity”.Where the first programs of “innovation management” was launched , which aims to be able to understand innovation and invention concepts and the ability to assess and analyze the process of innovation and the ability to formulate strategies help to activate the innovative performance and the use of Adult innovation management to measure the effectiveness of the work of innovation in the circuit.
