In line with the Public Prosecution’s approach to the optimal utilization of its resources and their efficient and effective management, while maintaining a better working environment and protecting the infrastructure of the department through the management of assets and properties, including (buildings, devices, equipment, and materials), and ensuring that they are properly managed and directly subjected to all controls and standards.
In commitment to implementing best practices in asset and property management, our policy focuses on adhering to the following principles:
Ensuring the accurate registration of all assets, properties, and materials with all related information provided accurately and comprehensively.
Ensuring strict compliance with the accurate recording, possession, operation, security, maintenance, and depreciation of all assets and their precise transfer between department locations.
Ensuring full control over all assets in terms of their (security, preservation, maintenance measures, and safeguarding).
Raising awareness and educating employees on the optimal use of assets and properties to preserve them.
Commitment to environmental, safety, and occupational health laws and regulations, as well as compliance with institutional excellence standards, green applications, and property methodology.
Continuous improvement in the management of assets and properties to ensure their sustainability.
